THE HOUSE: Large 3 bedroom/3 bath family home with a large front garden and private driveway for parking. The home is within an 8 minute drive/cycle from Stanford Campus and 5 minutes from Safeway and Trader Joe's.

The house is fully furnished, comes with a washer/dryer unit and A/C unit installed.

All bills included.

Shared spaces include a large kitchen, living room and dining area.

There is also a separate unit to store your bike safely.

HOUSE MATES: The house is only shared with a couple in their 30s who have their own bedroom, en-suite and separate living room with a separate entrance.

Please note that lease will be for two months (4/1/2025 until 5/31/2025), however the landlord may be willing to extend.
