Hi! My brother (24M) is looking for a 1B/1B apartment or single-family home in the Cupertino / Mountain View area to sublease for the summer. He's a grad student who will be working at Apple Park this summer from May 19 to August 22. He's a very quiet and clean person who would prefer to live alone. An ideal place would be close to Apple Park (within a 10-15 min. drive) have a designated parking space, workspace, kitchen, and in-unit washer / dryer.
