I am a Research Scientist at Stanford Doerr. One of my friends plans to sublease their 2-bed 2-bath unit in Markham Apartments, Cupertino. The unit is very spacious (1182 sqft with a great floor plan, floor plans attached) and is built in a townhome layout with no shared walls on 3 sides and parking downstairs. The location is amazing with Memorial and Serra Park close by and very easy access to I-280 and CA-85. Apartment features include 1 dedicated parking spot, all appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a central HVAC unit. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, BBQ area, a well-maintained heated pool, and a spa.

The unit is available for sublease starting March 17th, 2025 (flexible) and is valid until Nov 25th, 2025 with an option to renew. Terms of sublease:
