Hi! I'm subletting my room in an EVGR Premium 2B/2B apartment for the spring quarter (March 31 - June 11). Can move in as early as March 15. The room comes with standard included furniture - bed, desk, dresser etc. The kitchen and living room will be shared with a female roommate. The building also has laundry rooms on every floor and access to a gym. Looking to sublet for $1961/month which is the current rate I pay.
