Lease starts February 1, 2025

Rent is $1700/month, utilities separate from rent, which will be split 50/50 (monthly). Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the unit is entirely furnished.

Housemate is 23F, currently working at Stanford. She's clean, work a hybrid schedule, and in her free time, enjoys reading, playing tennis, and running. Looking for someone clean, communicative, and respectful.
