• We presently have 2 people, 1 Stanford Graduate, 1 resident Doctor at Stanford Hospital. We are looking for the 3rd roommate to join the lease that ends on 5/26, however, we are flexible to extend a bit if your work/study requires it to make it work for everyone

• The house provides the amenities that sweeten that busy student/professional life including dishwasher, washer and dryer, garage, and hot tub

• This home is ideal for any nature lovers as it is less than 5 minutes from The Stanford Dish trail and a short bike ride to the Portola Valley forest hikes, and adjacent to the Stanford Golf Course. The bedroom overlook trees too

• The house and room is fully furnished and you'll be sharing 1 full + 1 half bathroom with a male roommate

• $1,999 for Bedroom (+$300 for an open study room to set up a mini study/workstation) + utilities (avg. $200 evenly split among roommates of 3)

• Available from Saturday, 12/14

• We love them, but no pets. No couples and no loud parties
