I am looking for a 1Bd-1Ba apartment/house starting from Jan 1st within biking/walking distance of SLAC. My budget is around $2100, including utilities.

I am Sathya, an incoming postdoc at SLAC National Laboratory. I recently completed my PhD in Massachusetts and tend to behave cleanly and responsibly as a tenant. I am looking for a 6-month lease, but I am okay with 1 year.

I am in if anyone wants someone to occupy another room with a private bathroom in a 2Bd-2Ba apartment/house.
