This means at the very minimum you are actively trying to minimize your own risk and risk to others by masking in public with a KN95 or better, staying up to date on vaccines, are willing to mask and test after traveling, test/isolate/mask at home if you get sick, etc.

I have a private, furnished bedroom available in a vintage 3-bedroom / 2-bath house. Sublease is month-to-month starting Dec 15th.

Right now, you’ll be sharing the house with me, an ex-academic working as a research consultant, along with one shy, fluffy, adult cat who enjoys harassing the local squirrels in the backyard. I am looking for a friendly, kind, and responsible housemate that is covid conscientious. I rent the main bedroom with its own bathroom. I have two bedrooms open and am looking to rent one but may end up renting both at some point. This means you may or may not end up sharing the bathroom with one other person.

It's a very quiet, non-partying, respectful home with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. I’m looking for someone friendly and responsible who also values and independently keeps very high cleanliness standards.
