Looking for a female roommate to move in immediately in a 2BR, 1BA apartment in Palo Alto, located in College Terrace right next to Stanford campus!

Rent is $1650/month, utilities separate from rent, which will be split 50/50 (monthly). Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the unit is entirely furnished.

I'm 23F, currently working at Stanford. I'm clean, work a hybrid schedule, and in my free time, I enjoy reading, playing tennis, and running. Looking for someone clean, communicative, and respectful.
