Come stay, enjoy, relax and/or work at a nice 3/2 home with a big backyard in Mountain View, close to the Palo Alto border. A semi-retired teacher who loves crafts and arts and a Stanford researcher live here now, along with two sweet cats. Another female is preferred due to a shared bath. A furnished room is now available. In house laundry. You can walk to Cal Train in 15 min, and the Stanford shuttle is a quick way to get on campus.

The home is in a safe and friendly neighborhood with Safeway, Whole Foods, and Trade Joe's on a short walk away. Looking for longer stays (3+ months), but short might work. Rent is $1250 plus 1/3 utilities, no last required. We would love a clean and friendly housemate, with a sense of humor, who wants to share a home and not just rent a room. We occasionally enjoy sharing meals and do things together. No drugs, smoking, and only light alcohol use.
