We run 3 lines of business: Venture, providing capital to start-up companies, Liquidity, supporting centralized and decentralized finance projects with additional options for borrowing, and Engineering, operating validators and staking infrastructure for a range of networks from the testnet stage and software development.

We are looking for a talented DeFi Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. We're at the forefront of DeFi & MEV innovation, and we need someone who can keep pace with this rapidly evolving field. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing automation software and infrastructure. As you grow more familiar with our operations, you'll have the opportunity to work on various aspects of our infrastructure, including backend systems, auction mechanisms, trading bots, and smart contracts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and fine-tune blockchain-based trading algorithms and financial models
• Design and implement backend infrastructure to support our market-making activities
• Devise and execute strategies for algorithmic liquidity provision across major industry tokens
• Oversee and improve risk management protocols, developing mitigation strategies for new projects
• Produce robust, efficient code for features throughout the development lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Proven track record in developing high-frequency, low-latency applications
• Solid grasp of financial markets, including order books, market making, arbitrage, and market microstructure
• Expertise in one or more of the following programming languages: Solidity, Python, C++, Rust, or Java
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems, including command-line operations, system administration, and scripting
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

(Bonus) In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development
