Hello, I'm a recent Stanford grad looking for housing near campus. Details are below:

Ideal housing would be 1 bed / 1 bath apartment or condo (not within another house or apartment)
Fully furnished
Lease term should start from 14th October or later
Ideal location would be Palo Alto (excluding East Palo Alto), Menlo Park, Redwood City, or Mountain View
Rent should be less than 3,000/month (including utilities)
