• The private bedroom is on the second floor and is for one occupancy. Room is clean and airy. You have a view of Los Altos hills from your window.

• A full bathroom is located next to the private bedroom. A 0.5 bathroom is located downstairs.

• In-unit washer and dryer available to use.

• Central heat and air conditioning.

• No pets.

• Ample street parking.
