Posting on behalf of my housemate/master tennant. I am M below, and a Stanford Affiliate.

We’ve got a spacious room available in a charming and peaceful neighborhood, and the best part? It comes with its own balcony that soaks up the sun and catches a nice breeze on those perfect sunny days!
Place comes with queen bed and desk and chair and the whole house is fully furnished. You will be sharing a big bathroom with 2 people.
This is a big house, and there are currently 4 of us looking for one more roommate to fill the last empty room. Here’s the crew:

• A (32M): Works in aviation, loves to cook, clean, and is always making the place artsy and fun. He’s also the master tenant, so he’s our go-to guy for house vibes.
• N (25, queer): Works in ag-tech, new to the Bay, and loves hiking, reading, and rock climbing. Also a WFH vegan who’s always down for an adventure!
• M (28M): Researcher at UCSF, usually out working or painting miniatures when home.
• A (29M): A consultant for a tech/style brand, recently moved to the U.S., and is super excited to explore the city! (Also vegetarian and WFH)
  Plus, we’ve got two fur babies: a 7-year-old spoiled terrier mix who loves hikes and beach days, and a shy cat that usually sticks with M.

We’re looking for someone who preferably doesn’t work from home or has a hybrid schedule. We love animals, but with our current furry friends, we can’t accept any more pets.

Address is mission excelsior area which is close to glen park Bart. Lots of parks and small hikes around and mission street been a block away gets you lots of fresh produce from Mexican stores and Safeway is 4 mins drive.
Rent: $1400 + utilities (split 5 ways)
