I have one unfurnished bedroom (month-to-month lease) in 2b1b with a move-in date of October 1st, with the possibility of an earlier move-in date. The building is just a five-minute walk from University Avenue and a convenient 8-minute bike ride to the Stanford campus. The apartment is on the second floor, making it relatively quiet. There is a laundry room in the building. Plenty of street parking is available. A minimum stay of 6 months is preferred. Your roommate will be a male Stanford researcher working in data science.
