I always thought the formulas were pretty simple:

(Go to a party ^ Booze) v (Go to a bar ^ Booze) v (Go to any social event ^ Booze) => Getting laid.

((Friends) ^ (respect for women) ^ (Being a decent human being)) => Good relationship

I don't understand these friends with benefits requests...are you really that desperate that you are willing to throw yourself with anyone? At least go through the first equation...
